This shifter is a game changer! We approached the design of this shifter with the Numeric Racing mindset, and it paid off. This shifter eliminates all the bushings and slop of the stock shifter to give that bolt-action shifting experience Porsche enthusiasts love. The removal of the excessive stock parts makes our shifter 30% lighter too. The shifter is CNC machined from aerospace grade aluminum with stainless steel hardware and includes precision ball bearings to ensure undeniable accuracy. There is absolutely no other like it.

Universally fitting all 993 models, including C4 and Turbo variants, and 2WD 964 models (excluding 964 C4), our shift rod is a versatile and high-performance upgrade.
Our Shift knob is made of black Delrin. Delrin is an extremely durable thermoplastic that will hold up to both street and track use and is naturally weighted for a solid shifting feel compared to the stock lightweight shift knobs. Our shift knob weighs 126g/4.4oz as compared to stock’s 30g/1oz. It also DOES NOT conduct heat like aluminum, so they are always comfortable even on a hot summer day or peak winter. It was also perfectly calculated to be bigger than stock to give a better feel and fit nicely in the palm of your hand. It is offered in matte surface finish & multiple different color shift patterns. It also comes with a mounting shaft that clamps down with 3 set screws to ensure there is zero play.

The Swine Eleven Re-Boot is a solution for Porsche 964 and 993 owners looking to update their shifter or shift knob allowing the factory integrated boot to be removed. This solution is great for those looking to replicate a “Singer Style” shift boot, or those who have installed a short shifter with an integrated knob. Designed in CAD and verified through multiple 3D printed physical units obsessing over ever small detail before reaching the final unit seen here. These panels are produced in ABS Plastic utilizing an injection, the same process used by Porsche to produce the existing trim pieces in the original interior.

If you're installing the Re-Boot, your original Shift Bellow will show through the boot by design making it important to have a clean and well protected boot. Over time these boots can deteriorate so we recommend inspection your original one in advance, this can be done simply by loosening the factory shift boot and inspecting the condition of the rubber below.
