Numeric Racing accepts returns up to 30 days from sale and exchanges up to 90 days from sale. Products that are installed may not be returned. We do not accept returns without RMA. Please contact sales@numericracing.com for any return requests.

Expired promotions will not apply to any new orders. New Promotions cannot be applied to past orders. Coupon codes cannot be combined and are only good for Numeric Racing products. Coupon codes are not valid on sale items. Limit one coupon code per transaction. Sales advertised are direct through manufacturer. Exclusions may apply.

United States Orders: Ground shipping refers to UPS or FedEx. On certain
occasions, Numeric Racing uses alternate shipping carriers such as
United States Postal Service to ship to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Adding a
PO Box as your shipping address during checkout will delay your order
until an updated physical address is received.

International Orders: Numeric Racing uses DHL Express for most International Shipments. Please note: you are responsible for all VAT and duties according to the regulations specific to your country. DHL may impose a $15 USD surcharge on orders where the custom duties are not paid within a reasonable time. If you refuse shipment during any attempt by any shipping carrier used, you are implying implicit consent agreeing that you will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping costs, taxes & other fees imposed on Numeric Racing. **We do not mark down values or send as commercial sample, it is against the law***

Canadian Orders: Numeric Racing uses USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or DHL Express for Canadian Orders. If you have a preference on which carrier is used, please use the comments section during checkout or send an email to sales@numericracing.com after the order has been placed.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: I recently acquired a short shifter for Porsche 718, 981, 991. I noticed that you offer two spring options. What are the differences? If I choose the 2mm spring, can I swap it for the 1.5mm spring?

A: The 1.5mm mimics the GT4 stock shifter. The 2mm gives you an even more stiffer shift. We do not swap springs. The 1.5mm is the default spring, 2mm is available only by request.

Q: I recently bought cables and the cable ends are black and look like plastic.

A: We assure you that Numeric Racing has eliminated all plastic from the cables. What you are seeing is black plating (anodizing), which strengthens the metal pieces and provides corrosion resistance.

Q: Do you sell shift knobs?

A: Not at the moment, but we may decide to produce weighted shift knobs in the future. Numeric Racing shifters are direct-replacements. This means that you can use the shift knob that is already in your vehicle.

Q: I have an older Numeric Racing adjustable shifter. It has a bronze pin, unlike the one that you have advertised on your website. Does this still carry a warranty?

A: Yes, we have a limited lifetime warranty on Numeric Racing shifters. It covers the original owner only. The warranty covers parts used for that model shifter and not for the currently revised shifter. If you would like to upgrade your shifter to the latest version, the upgrade fee is $99. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. Our products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty if listed.

If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund. If you received a free shipping promotion, the value of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

A restocking fee will be charged to any returns that are not defective.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime warranty is given to select products sold by Numeric Racing. This warranty is for replacement of like items only. This warranty does not cover items out of production if Numeric Racing no longer stocks them. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer and not transferable. (Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the
common market as a new product.)

Numeric Racing will not under any circumstances issue a return or store credit for any product which had failed during the product’s warranty.
Either a replacement or repair will be completed as outlined. Any warranty claim will not be honored without a valid receipt from Numeric Racing or one of its dealers.

Clearance Items
Items ordered with clearance pricing do not qualify for warranty replacement of an equal item. These items are sold as is, no warranty as they are not replaceable

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to Numeric Racing, Numeric Racing assumes the cost of shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped via standard ground service unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. Numeric Racing does not cover shipping for items outside the United States. In the event an item is returned for warranty and is found
to be in proper working condition, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Numeric Racing shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

Contact our customer support team first by emailing sales@numericracing.com to determine whether the item is indeed defective. If the item is defective, customer service will create a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the products(s).
Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction.
In some cases, Numeric Racing may require the item be sent in for inspection and testing. Numeric Racing does not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until this the inspection and testing is completed. In some cases warranties will be denied and Numeric Racing must return the product(s) to the customer. Numeric Racing is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred by using the products that we sell. Numeric Racing
does not provide any compensation for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Numeric Racing including labor or product coverage. Numeric Racing warranty does not cover products that are used in a racing environment. Numeric Racing warranties does not cover products that have been damaged due to being incorrectly installed.
